CV for U provides tools to create, edit, and download CVs and AI-assisted cover letters. The service is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis.

3. Payments & Downloads

• Payment is required to download CVs or AI-generated content
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers
• Each purchase unlocks a limited number of downloads per CV

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided once content has been generated or downloaded, except where required by law.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided as assistance only. CV for U does not guarantee employment outcomes, accuracy, or suitability for any specific job. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing all content.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information
• You may not misuse or abuse the platform
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

CV for U shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
